| Rookie
(any player in FIRST YEAR of tournament play) and Novice (Up
to THREE YEARS of tournament play) teams play on Saturdays.
6-game format with top 4 teams player 3-game finals. Preliminary
games are silent but cheering is allowed during finals. Certified
refs at each event. SEED POINTS awarded for placement at each
event. Host teams will REF their home event & receive an
average of points for the year (at end of series) for their
event. |

one week in advance of event or pay $50 late fee. ALL REGISTRATIONS
WILL BE CUT-OFF AT 5 PM ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT. |

may bring their own paint; however, NO STAINING (or iodine-based
red/pink/orange fill) PAINT ALLOWED AT ANY EVENT - NO EXCEPTIONS.

ACTS
Player ID Cards are required and are $3 per person (one-time
fee paid on location). ID application can be made online and
players must be registered and paid before preliminary games
are complete. Failure to register for ID will result in a ZERO
score for that team. The ID system exists to protect the integrity
of the series and guard against players "playing down".
