Player Identification Cards

Every player participating in an ACTS event must have a player identification (I.D.) card. This includes alternate players who are present for the event. We are not using NPPL I.D. cards at the present time.

The cost of an ACTS I.D. card is three U.S. dollars ($5). Once you have received an I.D. card, it is valid until you qualify for reclassification (for example, when you change from Novice to Amateur - see the rulebook for details on ACTS classifications).

If you do not have a player identification card, please use the online application below. The following form will send us your information using your computer's email system. Upon arrival at an ACTS event, please stop by the registration desk to complete your purchase and pick up your player I.D. card.
