Team
Registration
Each
team participating in an ACTS event must complete a team registration
form. Send registration forms and money orders to the host
fields of each event one week in advance to avoid late fee OR
pay entry + $50 late fee. No late arrival entries. REGISTRATION
CUT-OFF IS ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT.

Team
Captains - once you have completed the team registration
process, please ensure your players possess an ACTS
identification card (I.D.) to participate in the event. This
includes alternate players who are present for the event.
Players must be registered in the ID classification system BEFORE
the END of their FIRST day of play in the series. Failure to
register for ID will result in a ZERO score for the team.
REFUND
POLICY - Coordinating games, team registration, and player identification
requires a significant amount of effort. Once a team registers for
an event and has paid the event fee, that team is rostered against
other participants who expect to enjoy a hassle-free day of friendly
competition. If your team is unsure whether or not they are available
for an event, please withold your registration until you're absolutely
positive your team is able to participate. Because of the amount
of effort that goes into these tournaments, we regret that we cannot
honor any refund requests after your team has registered.
